Digital Products — Final Sale

All items sold on Sucló Store are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, except as required by law or outlined below.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun, provided you acknowledged this at checkout and gave your express consent to immediate delivery. By completing your purchase and downloading your wallpaper, you agree that your right to cancel ends at that point.

Faulty or Corrupted Files

If your file is corrupted, fails to download, or doesn't match the product shown at purchase, contact us within 14 days at Suclostoreuk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll send a replacement file.

Wrong Item Purchased

If you accidentally purchased the wrong wallpaper, contact us before downloading and we'll do our best to help. Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to offer a refund for accidental purchases, so please double-check your selection before completing checkout.

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe there's a genuine issue with your order, please contact us directly first, we're always happy to help resolve it. Unauthorized chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may result in you being blocked from future purchases.
