Welcome to Sucló Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any digital products from us. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell exclusively digital wallpaper artwork, delivered as downloadable files (ZIP format) optimised for phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop monitors. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

3. Licence to Use

When you purchase a wallpaper from us, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that artwork as a screen background on devices you personally own or control.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, marketing, resale, etc.)
  • Claim the artwork as your own original work
  • Upload the files to other wallpaper marketplaces, stock sites, or NFT platforms
  • Modify and redistribute the artwork as a derivative product

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Sucló Store. Purchasing a wallpaper does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork to you, only the licence to use it as described above.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via download ZIP file upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure you download and save your files.

6. Refunds

Please see our separate Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In short: due to the instant, digital nature of our products, sales are final once a file has been downloaded, except in cases of faulty or corrupted files.

7. Availability

Wallpapers may be marked as "exclusive" or limited-run at our discretion. We reserve the right to retire, update, or remove any wallpaper from sale at any time without notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sucló Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
